Our Rights Over the Property. We reserve the following rights for Our benefit and the benefit of Our successors, any superior landlord and mortgagee, and any other persons that We authorise, and We will not be obliged to pay You any compensation for these rights unless We cause damage to the Property when We exercise the rights.
