Additional Repairs. For grading of other roads while equipment is on site, the cost would be $120.00 per hour plus travel for the operator of $100.00 per day. For grading of roads while equipment is not on site, the cost would be $240.00 to move in and out, plus $120.00 per hour for repairs, and if repairs took more than one day, there would be an operator travel cost of $100.00, and if repairs took more than the remainder of the move in day, there would be an operator travel cost of $100.00 per day until complete. In addition to the above repairs with the blade, other repairs may be requested which take other equipment, or are more reasonable with other equipment. The normal equipment and hourly rates would be discussed with and approved by the HLR representative prior to the use. The HLR Board retains the right to cap the cost on any additional repairs. This allows High Lonesome Road Committee through its appointed representative to give Double F Contracting permission for a given repair up to a dollar limit while also allowing them to use their best judgment. Note: Operator travel costs referred to above would be only if a minimum of 6 hours is worked that day, if short days, breakdowns, weather, etc. causes less than that to be worked, the total hours worked will be divided by (6) for the billed travel costs. In addition, the move in day, and move out day would not have travel costs associated either. Note: These prices are based on a minimum of (2) schedules of either the short or medium option, and (1) long option. Also, these prices are based on normal monsoon activity which has historically happened since the roads were built. Devastating rains such as seen in some areas of Cochise County which require significant repairs, are not included in these prices.
