OUT DUTIES. At or before the end of the rental term or renewal period, Tenant must vacate the space completely. Tenant must remove Xxxxxx’s lock and deliver or mail written notice to Lessor on the day of move-out, stating that Xxxxxx has moved out. Tenant must remove all contents and debris. Tenant must leave space “broom clean” if space has solid floor. Tenant must return all pass cards, pass keys, or other items issued to Tenant or pay Xxxxxx’s standard charges for any nonreturns.
