In case of disputes arising from the application of provisions of the BGB concerning distance contracts for financial services between consumers and regulated entities, such as Trade Republic, the Deutsche Bundesbank may act as an official arbitration institution in accordance with Sec. 14 (1) no. 1 of the German Act on Injunctive Relief (Unterlassungsklagegesetz – hereinafter “UKlaG”) if an entity is not affiliated with a recognized private consumer arbitration board.
