Out-of-Pocket Expenses of Non-Employee Directors. KUT shall pay the reasonable out-of-pocket expenses of non-employee directors of KUT, up to USD 1,000 per meeting or as otherwise pre-approved by KUT, incurred in attending meetings of the Board of Directors.
