Common use of Out-of-Pocket Expenses Clause in Contracts

Out-of-Pocket Expenses. All customary out-of-pocket expenses will be billed in addition to the foregoing fees. These charges include, but are not limited to, printing and stationery, freight and materials delivery, postage and handling. The foregoing fees apply to services ordinarily rendered by the Warrant Agent and are subject to reasonable adjustment based on final review of documents.
