Outbound Roaming Fees. If not otherwise provided under any Program Requirement: (a) Sprint PCS will pay to Manager monthly the amount of Outbound Roaming fees that Sprint PCS collects for the month from end users whose NPA-NXX is assigned to the Service Area; and (b) Manager will pay to Sprint PCS (or to a clearinghouse or other carrier as appropriate) the direct cost of providing the capability for the Outbound Roaming, including any amounts payable to the carrier that handled the roaming call and the clearinghouse operator.
