Common use of Outcollects Clause in Contracts

When the GTE end office switch from ----------- which the UNE port is served utilizes a GTE operator services platform, GTE will provide to MEBTEL the unrated message detail that originates from a MEBTEL resale service line or UNE port but which is billed to a telephone number other than the originating number (e.g., calling card, xxxx-to-third number, etc.): MEBTEL as the LSP will be deemed the earning company and will be responsible for rating the message at MEBTEL rates and MEBTEL will be responsible for providing the billing message detail to the billing company for end-user billing.
