OUTLINE OF EMPLOYEE BENEFITS AND GENERAL INFORMATION. 20.01 The Company agrees to maintain agreements providing employee benefits as described below effective the first date of hire. The Company's obligations herein are limited to payment of its share of the premium cost of the benefits. The insurance contracts and eligibility and qualification procedures will govern in all cases. The choice of carriers is solely the Company's.
