Common use of Output Processing Clause in Contracts

Output Processing. Using its existing processes and document retention policies (as modified by Windstream from time to time during the Term), and existing print vendor SLAs, Windstream will provide the following output processing services (the “Output Processing Services”): 2.6.1 TAS the ability to access current and historical customer bills and data for disputes; 2.6.2 Production of paper and electronic invoices image, xxxx printing and mailing of invoices; 2.6.3 Application of xxxx messages, inserts and onserts as directed by TAS. This does not include costs of inserts.
