Outreach Program a. The Health Plan shall have an outreach program designed to encourage Enrollees to seek Behavioral Health Services through the Health Plan when the Health Plan, or Providers, perceive a need for Behavioral Health Services. In addition, the outreach program, at a minimum, shall provide for the following:
Outreach Program. F.1. The Companies will develop an Outreach Program which will be fully implemented within six months after the Effective Date of this Agreement. The Outreach Program will have at least the features described in Sections F.2 and F.3 of this Agreement.

The Trustees shall develop a program in which they affirmatively reach out to significant stockholders, the Board of Directors of the Company, management, key employees and representatives of each of the communities in which significant facilities are located to obtain input and insight from each of those constituencies regarding the matters that are significant to them, including, without limitation: (i) producing profitable and sustainable growth in the Company’s business and financial performance, (ii) building long-term stockholder value, (iii) following best practices in corporate governance, executive compensation, legal compliance, ethical conduct and corporate citizenship, and (iv) maintaining a strong and positive corporate culture.
Outreach Program. The Health Plan shall have an outreach program including but not limited to referral, training, consultation and other behavioral health resources designed to assist PCPs and other non-behavioral health providers in the identification, management and treatment of:
Outreach Program. Under the Community Benefits Agreement, Developer has implemented (and is required thereunder to continue to implement or cause to be implemented) an Outreach Program. The Outreach Program is to facilitate the dissemination of important information, deadlines and other important information regarding the programs described in this Community Benefits Plan and in the Community Benefits Agreement to BVHP Area Businesses and residents. Vertical Developer shall from time to time, including upon request therefor from Developer or the Agency, provide information to Developer, the Agency and BVHP Area Businesses regarding deadlines and updates for the Project for inclusion in the Outreach Program. A list of applicable BVHP Area Businesses is maintained by and available from the Agency or Developer.
Outreach Program. 12.1 For the purposes of the Outreach Program outlined in this Section 12, “Class Member” does not include Automotive Recyclers. For greater certainty, the Outreach Program is not available for and does not apply to Automotive Recyclers.
Outreach Program. The County shall require Palcare to assist the Airport in conducting an outreach program following the Completion Date, to make Airport-based Employees aware of the increased availability of childcare services at the Palcare Facility.

The Contractor shall assist the Department in implementing this policy and shall use its best effort to attain MBE and WBE participation of 15 percent and 7 percent, respectively, and to ensure that all available business enterprises, including MBEs and WBEs, have an equal opportunity to compete for and participate in the work of this agreement.

Outreach Program. OSC will work with TSA to develop a comprehensive outreach program to inform and train TSA staff and security screeners on whistleblower protection law, and OSC's policies and procedures.
