OUTREACH SERVICES. The CONTRACTOR will prioritize eligible individuals in the South Service Planning Area. The outreach and case management services required by this subdivision shall include, but not be limited to, working with homeless shelter providers and community organizations providing homeless services, as well as providing direct outreach in areas where persons experiencing homelessness congregate.
