OUTREACH SERVICES. The Provider shall ensure that a variety of appropriate outreach activities are designed to familiarize potentially eligible clients with available contract services, to explain the purpose of these services, and to facilitate access to these services. These activities may include, but are not limited to, the development of brochures, posters, media advertisements, and public announcements regarding meetings, workshops, or training. The Provider shall submit all materials to the contract manager for review and approval thirty (30) calendar days prior to publication and dissemination.
