Outreach to Fathers. Mothers - Unless documented that it would be contrary to the best interest of the child and/or parent or if required in a court order, the contractor will make extensive efforts to engage fathers/mothers to xxxxxx involvement in the infant/xxxxxxx’s life and to assist the pregnant/parenting youth in obtaining a supportive support network. The program must allow for the father’s/mother’s select participation in parenting skills trainings, visitations with child and child-parent activities. The father/mother should be encouraged to attend prenatal and/or well-baby medical appointments.
