Common use of Outside Areas Clause in Contracts

Outside Areas. The term "Outside Areas" shall mean all areas and ------------- facilities within the Property, except for the Building and any other buildings located thereon, provided and designated by Landlord for the general use and convenience of Tenant and other tenants of all or any part of the Property, including, without limitation, parking areas, access and perimeter roads, sidewalks, landscaped areas, service areas, and trash disposal facilities.

Outside Areas. The term "Outside Areas" shall mean means all areas and ------------- facilities within the Property, except for Premises which are outside of the Building and any other buildings located thereon, provided and designated by Landlord for the general use and convenience of Tenant and other tenants of all or any part of the Propertyenvelope, including, without limitationbut not limited to, parking areas, access and perimeter roadsdriveways, sidewalks, landscaped access roads, landscaping, and planted areas. Landlord, from time to time, may change the size, location, nature, and use of any of the Outside Areas, convert Outside Areas into leaseable areas, service areasconstruct additional parking facilities in the Outside Areas, and trash disposal facilitiesincrease or decrease Outside Area land or facilities so long as Tenant's use of the Premises is not materially affected.
