Common use of Outside Areas Clause in Contracts

Outside Areas. The term “Outside Areas” means all areas within the Project which are located outside the Project Buildings, such as entrances, driveways, pedestrian walkways, parking areas, monument signage, landscaped areas, recreational facilities, open areas and trash disposal areas.
