Common use of Outside Areas Clause in Contracts

Outside Areas. (c) Subject to the terms and conditions of this Lease and such rules and regulations as Landlord may from time to time prescribe, Tenant and Tenant’s employees, invitees, guests and customers shall have the exclusive right to use the access roads, parking areas, and facilities within the Property, exclusive of the Building, including the loading dock and patio, which areas and facilities are referred to herein as the “Outside Areas.” This right shall terminate upon the termination of this Lease. Landlord reserves the right from time to time to make changes in the shape, size, location, amount and extent of the Outside Areas so long as they do not unreasonably interfere with Tenant’s use thereof or the Premises or increase Tenant’s obligations or decrease Tenant’s rights hereunder.
