Common use of Outside Business Activities Clause in Contracts

Outside Business Activities. During the Period of Employment, the Executive shall devote such business time, energy and skill to the performance of the Executive’s duties for the Company to adequately promote the interests of the Company. The Executive shall have the right to continue to be involved with (i) the entities and such activities disclosed to the Board as of the date hereof as set forth on Exhibit A hereto, or (ii) such other activities as may be approved by the Board, with such approval not to be unreasonably withheld, provided that in each instance, such involvement with such other entities/activities does not materially interfere with the Executive’s responsibilities hereunder.
