Common use of Outside Business Activities Clause in Contracts

Outside Business Activities. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, Company agrees to employ Executive as the President and hereby accepts this employment. During his term of employment with Company, Executive will devote his full time and best efforts to performing his duties and to the Company's business and affairs. Executive shall not engage in any other business, or directly or indirectly render any services to any other person, whether for compensation or not, without the prior written consent of the Board of Directors. This Agreement shall not prohibit Executive from making passive personal Investments.
