Common use of Outside of Alaska Clause in Contracts

Outside of Alaska. Litigating Tribal Health Organizations and inter-tribal consortia outside of Alaska have no Tribal Allocation Voting Percentage listed on Exhibit C and accordingly their participation in the settlement shall not count toward the 95% participation threshold.
