Outside opportunities. The employment provided for by this Agreement shall be Employee’s primary employment. Recognizing that certain outside consulting or teaching opportunities provide indirect benefits to the City and the community, Employee may, at his discretion, elect to accept teaching, consulting, or other business opportunities insofar as they do not materially interfere with Employee’s responsibilities under this Agreement.

Outside opportunities. No Member or Affiliate thereof shall be obligated to present any particular investment opportunity to the Company or to any other Member or Affiliate thereof even if such opportunity is of a character that, if presented to the Company, could be taken by the Company, and any Member or Affiliate thereof shall have the right to take for its own account (individually or as a partner or fiduciary) or to recommend to others any such particular investment opportunity.
