Common use of OUTSIDE PARKING SPACES Clause in Contracts

OUTSIDE PARKING SPACES. Lessee's occupancy of the Premises shall include the use of the number of outside parking spaces as set forth in the Preamble, all of which will be unassigned. Lessor shall not be responsible for any damage or theft of any vehicle in the parking area and shall not be required to keep parking spaces clear of unauthorized vehicles or to otherwise supervise the use of the parking area. Lessee shall, upon request, promptly furnish to Lessor the license numbers of the cars operated by Lessee and its subtenants, licensees, invitees, concessionaires, officers and employees. If any vehicle of the Lessee, or of any subtenant, licensee, concessionaire, or of their respective officers, agents or employees, is parked in any part of the Common Facilities other than the employee parking area(s) designated therefor by Lessor, Lessee shall pay to Lessor such penalty as may be fixed by Lessor from time to time. All amounts due under the provisions of this Article 36 shall be deemed to be Additional Rent.
