Outside Service Bureau Contracts. If requested to do so by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Bancorp, Innes Street shall use its best efforts to obtain an extension of any contract with an outside service bureau or other vendor of services to Innes Street, on terms and conditions mutually acceptable to Innes Street and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Bancorp;
