Common use of Outsourcing of Financial Services Clause in Contracts

Outsourcing of Financial Services. The Bank may outsource/assign activities (including the sales, marketing, servicing etc. of its products) to any service provider, whether located in India or overseas and whether to any of the Bank’s affiliates or a third party, at its sole discretion, in accordance with the applicable guidelines of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). The Bank reserves the right to provide details of Cardmember’s Account to such service providers for the purpose of availing outsourced services of any nature by the Bank, in accordance with its data privacy policy.
