Outstanding Capital Commitments. Except as set forth in Section 4.19 of the Disclosure Schedule, as of the Execution Date there are no outstanding authorizations for expenditure or similar request or invoice for funding or participation under any Contract which are binding on the Company or the Properties and which Seller reasonably anticipates will require expenditures by the owner of the Properties attributable to periods on or after the Effective Date in excess of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) (net to the Company’s Working Interests).
