Common use of OutSystems’ Intellectual Property Clause in Contracts

OutSystems’ Intellectual Property. Customer acknowledges and agrees that all Intellectual Property Rights in and to the Software and Professional Services are owned by OutSystems and shall, notwithstanding the terms of this Agreement, remain vested in OutSystems. Unless otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, Customer shall not acquire any proprietary right, title or interest in or to any Intellectual Property Rights in the Software. All rights not expressly granted by OutSystems herein are reserved.
