Common use of Overburden Deposits Clause in Contracts

Overburden Deposits. Waste, overburden, surface stripping and other materials from the Premises may be deposited on or off the Premises, to the extent Lessor can grant such right and subject to all applicable local, state and federal laws and regulations. Such materials from other adjoining lands may be deposited on the Premises only if the same will not interfere with mining or oil and gas operations on the Premises.
