Overcharges and Unauthorized Charges. If an audit conducted in accordance with this Section discloses overcharges or unauthorized charges to SBBC by SHERIFF in excess of two percent (2%) of the total xxxxxxxx under this Agreement, the actual cost of SBBC’s audit shall be paid by SHERIFF. If the audit discloses xxxxxxxx or charges to which SHERIFF is not contractually entitled, SHERIFF shall pay said sum to SBBC within twenty (20) days of receipt of written demand under otherwise agreed to in writing by both parties.
Overcharges and Unauthorized Charges. If an audit conducted in accordance with this section discloses overcharges or unauthorized charges to SBBC by Frontline in excess of two percent (2%) of the total xxxxxxxx under this Agreement, the actual cost of SBBC’s audit shall be paid by Frontline. If the audit discloses xxxxxxxx or charges to which Frontline is not contractually entitled, Frontline shall pay said sum to SBBC within twenty (20) days of receipt of written demand unless otherwise agreed to in writing by both parties.

If the audit discloses xxxxxxxx or charges to which VENDOR is not contractually entitled, VENDOR shall pay said sum to SBBC within twenty (20) calendar days of receipt of written demand.

If the audit discloses xxxxxxxx or charges to which CITY is not contractually entitled, CITY shall pay said sum to SBBC within twenty (20) days of receipt of written demand under otherwise agreed to in writing by both parties.

If the audit discloses xxxxxxxx or charges to which Istation is not contractually entitled, Istation shall pay said sum to SBBC within twenty (20) days of receipt of written demand unless otherwise agreed to in writing by both parties.

If the audit discloses xxxxxxxx or charges to which HSA is not contractually entitled, HSA shall pay said sum to SBBC within twenty (20) days after receipt of written demand unless otherwise agreed to in writing by both parties.
