Common use of Overdraft Options Clause in Contracts

Overdraft Options. LGFCU offers a transfer of available funds from some Share and deposit accounts, lines of credit and credit cards in order to prevent items from being returned or Checking Accounts from becoming overdrawn. This transfer service may be requested or removed from new/existing Checking Accounts by the account holder at any time.

Overdraft Options. LGFCU offers a transfer of available funds from some Share and deposit accounts, lines of credit and credit cards in order to prevent items from being returned or Checking Accounts from becoming overdrawn. This transfer service may be requested or removed from new/existing Checking Accounts by the account holder at any time. If you choose not to opt in to the Overdraft Transfer Plan, transactions that would cause an overdraft will be returned unpaid and the account will be charged a non-sufficient funds (NSF) fee for each item.
