Common use of OVERDRAWN CARD ACCOUNTS Clause in Contracts

OVERDRAWN CARD ACCOUNTS. We may at our discretion allow your Card Account(s) to be overdrawn. We may charge interest and fees, calculated at such rate or amount as we may determine on such overdrawn amount. We may debit the interest and fees to your Card Account(s) monthly or at such other intervals as we may determine. The overdrawn amount, the interest and fees shall be payable by you on demand.
