Common use of OVERDRAWN DESIGNATED ACCOUNT Clause in Contracts

OVERDRAWN DESIGNATED ACCOUNT. We may at our discretion allow your Designated Account to be overdrawn. We may charge an overdraft charge based on the amount of the overdrawn balance existing at any time on your Designated Account. We may debit the overdraft charge from your Designated Account monthly or at such other intervals as we may determine. You shall on demand pay such amount overdrawn, together with such charges as may be prescribed by us from time to time. Under no circumstances shall this be construed as the granting of any credit facilities to you.
