Common use of Overdue Charges Clause in Contracts

Overdue Charges. If any invoiced amount is not received by Us by the due date, then without limiting Our rights or remedies, (a) those charges may accrue late interest at the rate of 1.5% of the outstanding balance per month, or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower, and/or (b) We may condition future subscription renewals and Order Forms on payment terms shorter than those specified in Section 6.2 (Invoicing and Payment).

Overdue Charges. If Subject to the “Payment Disputes” section, if any invoiced amount is not received by Us by the due date, then without limiting Our rights or remedies, (a) those charges may accrue late interest at the rate of 1.5% of the outstanding balance per month, or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower, and/or (b) We may condition future subscription renewals and Order Forms purchases of Professional Services on payment terms shorter than those specified in Section 6.2 5.3 (Invoicing and Payment).

You agree to pay all costs of collection (bincluding attorneys’ fees and costs and all other legal and collection expenses) We may condition future subscription renewals and Order Forms on payment terms shorter than those specified incurred by us in Section 6.2 (Invoicing and Payment)connection with enforcement of our rights under the Agreement.

If any invoiced amount is not received by Us by the due date, then without limiting Our rights or remedies, (a) those charges may accrue a late fee of $25 per month and late interest at the rate of 1.52% of the outstanding balance per month, month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower, and/or (b) We may condition future subscription renewals and Order Forms on payment terms shorter than those specified in Section 6.2 3.2 (Invoicing and Payment).

Overdue Charges. If any invoiced amount is not received by Us by the due date, then without limiting Our rights or remedies, (a) those charges may accrue late interest at the rate of 1.5% of the outstanding balance per month, or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower, and/or (b) We may condition future subscription renewals and Order Forms on pre-payment terms or other payment terms shorter than those specified in Section 6.2 (Invoicing and Payment).

If any invoiced amount is not received by Us DELIVERAIN by the due date, then without limiting Our DELIVERAIN’s rights or remedies, (a) those charges may accrue late interest at the rate of 1.5% of the outstanding balance per month, or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower, and/or (b) We DELIVERAIN may condition future subscription renewals and Order Forms on payment terms shorter than those specified in Section 6.2 (the “Invoicing and Payment)” section above.
