Common use of Overdue Charges Clause in Contracts

Overdue Charges. If any invoiced amount is not received by Company by the due date, without limiting Company’s rights or remedies, those overdue charges may accrue late interest at the rate of 1.5% of the outstanding balance per month, or the maximum amount permitted by law, whichever is lower. Company reserves the right to condition an overdue Account’s future subscription renewals and Order Forms on shorter payment terms than those stated herein.
