Common use of Overdue Charges Clause in Contracts

Overdue Charges. If any amounts invoiced are not received by Adverity by the due date, then, without limiting Adverity’s rights or remedies, a. such charges may accrue late interest at the statutory rate; and b. Adverity may condition future Subscription renewals and Commercial Agreements on payment terms shorter than those specified in Section IV.3.
