Overdue Royalties. Royalties not paid within the time period set forth in Section 8.4.5 shall bear interest at a rate per month equal to one-twelfth of the annual prime rate as published in the Wall Street Journal Eastern Edition on the date the payment was due from such due date until paid in full.
