OVERHEAD, SUPPORT, AND ADMINISTRATIVE CHARGES. Consultant may charge administrative and clerical labor costs as described in Section 1 only for direct project-related work including word processing, document preparation, printing and binding, project filing, and related work. Consultant shall not charge administrative and clerical staff time for billing preparation and processing or other project-related accounting functions unless special reporting, documentation, or other services substantially outside of the Consultant’s normal billing processes are requested by District. Consultant shall not add markups for subconsultant costs and expenses.
