Overlimit Handling Charge. An overlimit handling charge at the rate as stipulated in the Confirmation Letter and/or in the List of Service Charges (as the case may be) shall be imposed and debited to the Card Account on a monthly basis whenever there is a record within each Monthly Card Statement cycle that when the Card Account balance (excluding Finance Charge and other fees and charges) exceeds the Credit Limit.
