Common use of Overlimit Clause in Contracts

Overlimit. Each time you use the Believe Card, you authorize us to reduce the Available Balance in the Believe Secured Account by the full amount of the transaction and any applicable fees. You are not allowed to exceed the Available Balance in the Believe Secured Account through an individual transaction or a series of transactions. If a transaction exceeds the balance of the Available Balance in the Believe Secured Account, you shall remain fully liable to us for the full amount.
