Association Fees. In addition to the Base Rent, Lessee shall pay to Lessor each month an amount equal to any owner’s association or condominium fees levied or assessed against the Premises. Said monies shall be paid at the same time and in the same manner as the Base Rent.
Association Fees. Buyer is aware that 2019 fees have been established for the Subdivision according to the Restrictions and that Buyer will be responsible for the annual association fee of $500 (which will be prorated for the year of closing). Buyer is also aware that they will deposit $500 with the Association at the closing in addition to the Lot purchase price as an Initial Fee.
Association Fees. Buyer shall be responsible for all homeowner or condominium association transfer fees, related 218 administration fees (not including statement of accounts), capital expenditures/contributions incurred due to the 219 transfer of Property and/or like expenses which are required by the association, property management company and/or 220 the bylaws, declarations or covenants for the Property (unless otherwise specifically addressed herein and/or unless 221 specifically chargeable to Seller under applicable bylaws, declarations, and/or neighborhood covenants).
Association Fees. ISO may separately charge Association membership fees to Merchant as part of Merchant’s membership with the Association or other Association- approved organization and Merchant will pay such fees to ISO. Such membership and fees are not part of the Card Program services provided pursuant to this Agreement and Merchant Bank and Processor will have no responsibility thereof. Participation in the Card Program services provided pursuant to this Agreement is not a condition of membership in the Association or other Association-approved organization.

Association Fees. 7.4.1 The University will deduct bi-weekly an amount equivalent to 1/26 of each Member’s annual membership fees, and will remit such fees bi-weekly to the Association.
7.4.2 The University will, on a bi-weekly basis, submit to the Association Office a current record of the deductions and remittances of all Members made in accordance with this Article.
7.4.3 The Association will, from time to time, advise the University of the amount of the annual membership fees.

Association Fees. All payments, charge, dues, and assessments imposed under the authority of the CC&R’s and the Associations (“Association Fees”), if any, shall be the sole responsibility of Tenant, who shall timely pay such Association Fees to Landlord as Landlord Additional Rent. Each payment shall be made promptly on demand throughout the term of this Lease and shall be paid without deduction or offset.
