Overload Limitation Sample Clauses

The Overload Limitation clause sets a maximum threshold for the amount of work, data, or usage that a party can demand or impose under an agreement. In practice, this clause might specify limits on system capacity, user requests, or service calls to prevent excessive strain on resources. By establishing clear boundaries, the clause helps prevent service disruptions, protects system integrity, and ensures that neither party is overwhelmed by demands beyond agreed-upon limits.
