OVERNIGHT CAMPING. Exhibitor shall not cause or allow overnight camping, tent camping, sleeping or any such act on the Fairgrounds, or in any building or in any other area controlled by the Fair without the written consent of the Fair, which approval may be arbitrarily withheld in the sole discretion of the Fair. Exhibitor shall not allow or permit any open fires on the Fairgrounds.
OVERNIGHT CAMPING. Licensee shall not allow or permit any open fires on the Fairgrounds.
OVERNIGHT CAMPING. Parking: Overnight stays or parking of any type are not allowed. Water is not available for use. Vehicles must only be parked in the vehicle parking lot. Day use tents must be pitched in the large open field near the ball diamond to the north of the building. No RV's or motorhomes are to be parked in front of the building or in the lawn to the north side of the building at any time.
OVERNIGHT CAMPING. The Licensee must not permit any person, to sleep overnight upon the property without the Licensor’s written consent unless this is in conjunction with the Permitted Use.
OVERNIGHT CAMPING. So long as Tenant is in compliance with Section 6.2 of this Lease, Tenant shall have the right to allow licensees or invitees to camp the Friday and Saturday nights before each scheduled event and or maintenance function. Tenant may make additional overnight camping requests by receiving authorization from the Town of Winterport’s Town Manager (the “Town Manager”); said requests for authorization must be received by the Town Manager at least two (2) weeks in advance.
