Common use of Overnight Rest Period Clause in Contracts

Overnight Rest Period. There shall be a twelve (12) hour overnight rest period between the end of work one day and the beginning of work on the next day. (See Clause 15:03(B).) In any event the first call of the morning cannot be before 7:30 a.m. The Artist shall invoice the Engager for the additional services at Rate 2 as specified in Clause 11:09(C) for any invasion of the overnight rest period or for any services provided prior to 7:30 a.m.
