OVERRIDING EFFECT AND MODIFICATION. That this Agreement is the only agreement relating to the purchase of the Said Apartment by the Allottee and supersedes any other agreement or arrangement whether written or oral, if any, between the parties and variation, modification, amendment, etc. in any of the terms hereof, except under the signature of the authorized signatory of the Company, shall not be binding on the Company.
