Overriding laws. if these Terms & Conditions or any part thereof is inconsistent with any legislation or regulation(s) of the Republic of South Africa, such legislation or regulation(s) shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency. The invalidity of any provision shall not affect the validity of any other provision; such provision shall be regarded as severable from the remaining provisions.
