Common use of Overrun Charges Clause in Contracts

Overrun Charges. In respect of each Nomination that results in Gas being injected into the Facility at an Overrun Injection Rate or (as the case may be) withdrawn from the Facility at an Overrun Withdrawal Rate, the Customer shall pay the Service Provider, an amount calculated as: (a) the quantity which was injected as a result of the Overrun Injection Rate (in kWh) multiplied by the Injection Overrun Charge Rate (in xxxxx per kWh); and (b) the quantity which was withdrawn as a result of the Overrun Withdrawal Rate (in kWh) multiplied by the Withdrawal Overrun Charge Rate (in xxxxx per kWh)
