Common use of Overseas float Clause in Contracts

Overseas float. If the parents reside outside the United Kingdom and the Pupil does not have direct access to a UK bank account, the Parents shall provide to the School a float of £1,000. Funds will only be released from the float with the express permission of the Parent(s) or guardian. Any balance remaining in the float will be repaid by means of a credit without interest to the final payment of Fees or other sums due to the School on leaving.
