Provision of educationThe School will do all that is reasonable to provide an educational environment and teaching of a range, standard and quality which is suitable for each pupil and to provide education to at least the standard required by law in the particular circumstances. The School will exercise reasonable care and skill in providing educational services for the Pupil but cannot guarantee that the Pupil will achieve his / her desired examination results or that results will be sufficient to gain entry to other educational establishments.

Provision of education. 13.1.1 Subject to these terms and conditions, the School undertakes to accept your child as a pupil of the School from the time of joining the School until the end of his or her secondary schooling (subject to the provisions of clause 4.6 regarding Sixth Form entry). The School is committed to offering academic excellence and will use its reasonable endeavours to provide your child with a rounded education within the parameters of the School’s curriculum and published aims and activities. Progress Reports will be provided each term. The School reserves the right to make changes to the curriculum if it deems it necessary in the interests of the School.

Because we have students living in different time zones, the group lessons will be scheduled between 7:00 and 20:00 from Monday to Saturday. We do not offer any flexibility regarding group lessons. One-to-One lessons will be scheduled at such times as are mutually convenient for both the Student and the Teacher. Although we strive for excellence in the educational advancement of our students, COA International cannot guarantee that the student will achieve their desired examination results or that results will be sufficient to gain entry to other educational establishments. COA International does not currently handle the administration of examinations. Therefore, students are required to register as private candidates. It is the responsibility of parents/guardians to find an examination centre, to meet the deadlines for registration and to cover all costs incurred by taking the examinations.

Provision of education. Norland will do all that is reasonable to provide an educational environment, tuition and assessment of a range, standard and quality which is suitable for each student and to provide education to at least the standard required by law in the particular circumstances. Norland will exercise reasonable care and skill in providing educational services but cannot guarantee that the Student will achieve his / her desired examination results or that results will be sufficient to gain entry to other educational establishments.

Related to Provision of education

  • In-Service Education The parties recognize the value of in-service both to the employee and the Employer and shall encourage employees to participate in in-service. All employees scheduled by the Employer to attend in-service seminars shall receive regular wages.

  • BOARD OF EDUCATION RIGHTS 3.1 The Board, on its own behalf and on behalf of the electors of the District, hereby retains and reserves unto itself, without limitation, all powers, rights, authority, duties, and responsibilities conferred upon and vested in it by the Laws and Constitution of the State of Michigan, and/or the United States, including, but without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the right to:

  • Continuing Education The Hospital and the Union recognize that continuing education is important for all employees and that they have shared interests and responsibilities in ensuring equitable access to it.

  • Provision of Services (a) The HSP will provide the Services in accordance with, and otherwise comply with: (1) the terms of this Agreement; (2) Applicable Law; and

  • Paid Education Leave The Company agrees to pay into a special fund, one (1¢) cent per hour per employee for all compensated hours for the purpose of providing paid education leave. Such leave will be for upgrading the employee skills in all aspects of trade union functions. Such monies to be paid on a quarterly basis into a trust fund established by the National Union, CAW, effective from date of ratification and sent by the Company to the following address: CAW Paid Education Leave Program, 000 Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxx X0X 0X0.

  • Special Education Special education services, related services, and accommodations for students who are eligible under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (Section 504), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), or any applicable provisions of state law, shall be provided in accordance with applicable state and federal law, this Agreement and Authorizer rules and policies. The Authorizer is the LEA for purposes of ensuring compliance with IDEA, Section 504, and all other federal and state laws and regulations concerning accommodation of and education of students with disabilities.

  • Provision of Service NYISO will provide Developer with interconnection service of the following type for the term of this Agreement.

  • Medical Services Plan 10.1.1 Regular Full-Time and Temporary Full-Time Employees shall be entitled to be covered under the Medical Services Plan commencing the first day of the calendar month following the date of employment. 10.1.2 The City shall pay one hundred percent (100%) of the premiums required by the Plan.
