Overtime-Eligible Law Enforcement Employee Work Schedules Sergeants Only. The regular work schedule for full-time overtime-eligible law enforcement employees, who are receiving assignment pay for an extended work period, will not be more than one hundred and seventy-one (171) hours in thirteen (13) twenty- eight (28) day periods per year.
