Overview of Services and Deliverables. 1. SAN MATEO shall serve as the fiscal agent for and continue to operate, manage and maintain the NCRIC, a collaborative Bay Area regional fusion center established effective January 1, 2009 to allow information sharing in an effort to prevent, protect against and respond to terrorist acts in the region. The NCRIC shall be staffed by regional personnel as indicated in Appendix A.
