Owned Businesses and Community Relations. Questions regarding compliance with MWBE participation goals relative to a specific State Agency Authorized User Mini-bid Project Definition must be directed to that State Agency Authorized User. A Contractor must document good faith efforts to provide meaningful participation by MWBEs as subcontractors or suppliers in the performance of all State Agency Mini-bids Agreements (see clause D below). Contractor agrees that the State Agency Authorized User awarding a Mini-bid Agreement may withhold payment pending receipt of the required MWBE documentation.
